We take 24-48 hours to process your order and 3-5 business days to deliver it to you.
The delivery date for your package depends on the PIN code of your destination. Usually you can expect a delivery within 3-5 business days or a maximum period of 7 days depending on the location.

• Put in your payment details and complete your order.

No, you cannot change the shipping address once you’ve placed your order.

Here is a list of things that happen once you raise a request for cancellation at our call center.
• Our assigned courier partner will pick the package from your shipping address in 3-4 business days.
• Once the package reaches the warehouse, our Quality Check team will inspect it to see if your items are returnable and thereby, eligible for a refund.
• It will take approximately 3-4 business days for our Quality Check Team to check your package and initiate a refund request. We’ll send an email to your email ID to inform you.
• We usually initiate eligible refunds within 7 working days from receipt of product(s) at our warehouse. We will keep you informed via email on the refund status. The refund to your bank or credit card account depends on your Mode of Payment.

No, you cannot return a part of your order. You have to cancel the entire order and place a fresh order for the preferred items.
We charge a nominal shipping charge of Rs.79 for orders below Rs.700 and Rs.49 for orders above Rs.700

If the external packing of your consignment is damaged or tampered with, please don’t accept the package. Enter your remarks on the courier delivery sheet and raise a complaint with us immediately.
We will cancel your order once the package is received back at our warehouse.
In the case of pre-paid orders, paid using Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets, Gift Cards/ Vouchers, we will refund the money to your method of payment.
